Frequently Asked Questions
Worship Services
What should I bring?
Bring yourself! A Bible can be helpful, but if you don’t have one, we have plenty to share.
What should I wear?
Come as you are. You’ll see everything from jeans and t-shirts to business casual.
What can I expect?
A LifeSpring service lasts about an hour. We typically start our services with music and worship before moving into a time of teaching.
Children’s Ministry
How do I drop off/pick up my child?
Simply head over to our kids area to get checked in and registered. You will receive a unique tag with a code to bring with you when it’s time to pick up your children. Infants through 6th graders MUST be picked up at the classroom by an individual 16 years or older with a matching security tag.
What safety policy and procedures do you have in place?
Your child’s safety is one of our top priorities. Every volunteer in our children’s ministry is background-checked and trained, and we use a secure check-in/check-out system to make sure kids are released only to the right adult. We also have clear classroom policies, multiple adults present in each environment, and team members dedicated to monitoring our spaces, including the kids area itself which has a secured entrance that only those with credentials or with a parent security badge can enter.
What happens if my child is upset or needs me?
If your child needs you during the service, the last three digits of your emergency contact phone number will appear on the displays above the exit doors in the Worship Center. A volunteer may also send you a text message or come find you during service if needed. We want you to feel confident that if your child needs extra comfort, we’ll reach you quickly.
