This Summer, Let Your Kids Experience the Light of Jesus
Looking for a fun, safe, and meaningful week for your kids this summer?
Illumination Station VBS at LifeSpring Church is a FREE five-day experience designed for kids who have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade. Throughout the week, kids will laugh, learn, play, sing, create, and discover how Jesus brings hope and light into our world.
Every day is packed with:
- Interactive Bible teaching
- High-energy music
- Games & activities
- Creative crafts
- Snacks & friendships
- Tons of summer fun
Help Make VBS Happen
It takes an incredible team to create a week like this.
Teens and adults are invited to serve during VBS week through greeting, games, small groups, snacks, check-in, worship, tech, and more.
If you love investing in kids and creating joyful environments, we’d love to have you on the team.
Help Set Up for VBS
Before the fun begins, we need help transforming our church into an exciting space where kids can learn, grow, and experience the love of Jesus. Setup opportunities are available during the following times:
• Tuesday, June 16 | 9:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Wednesday, June 17 | 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Thursday, June 18 | 9:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Friday, June 19 | 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Come for an hour or stay longer—any help is appreciated!
The Teacher Hospitality Room
Help us love on and encourage our amazing VBS volunteers by providing food for the Teacher Hospitality Room! Our volunteers arrive early and stay late preparing for each day of Vacation Bible School, and the hospitality room is a much-needed place to refresh, connect, regroup, and feel appreciated for all they do to serve the next generation.
Suggested Items (Homemade items are especially appreciated)

- Breakfast items
- Snacks and treats
Items can be dropped off the day before or the morning of your scheduled day. The church office will open at 7:30 AM during VBS week.
If you’d like to provide snacks or treats for a specific day, please sign up by emailing Leah at lkossakoski@lifespring.church with the day you’d like to help.
Pray for VBS
Not everyone can serve during VBS week, but everyone can be part of what God is doing through prayer. We invite you to join us in praying for VBS, our volunteers, and the children and families who will attend.
- Pray that every child who attends VBS will feel welcomed, loved, safe, and seen.
- Pray that the Gospel message will clearly shine through every lesson, activity, and conversation, and that lives will be changed for eternity.
- Pray for children to trust Jesus, grow in their faith, and hide God’s Word in their hearts.
- Pray for energy, wisdom, patience, and encouragement for every volunteer serving throughout the week.
- Pray for good health, safety, and smooth daily operations for everyone attending and serving.
- Pray that meaningful conversations about Jesus will continue at home and that VBS will strengthen families.
- Pray for opportunities to connect with unchurched families and help them take their next step toward Christ and His church.
Snack Donations for Kids
