Kelly was born in San Antonio, TX and traveled to different destinations in the USA and Germany before coming to Bellevue in 1978.  Other than 2 years of living in New Hampshire (1987-1989), Bellevue/Papillion has been her home.  In June of 1987, she married Dave.  They have four children: James, Matthew, Joel, and Hayley.
