Care Pastor
Ryan greatly desires to keep Jesus at the center of everything he does. He lovingly leads his family, and after the passing of his first wife to cancer in 2017, his role of raising three young boys on his own became a new challenge until his recent marriage to his new wife, Kristin, in 2021. Much of his adult life was spent at Offutt AFB working on aircraft for the Air Force—both on Active Duty and as a contractor. A call to ministry would lead him into training where he would graduate with a Bachelor of Arts from Grace University in 2012. In 2014, with the Lord's leading, Ryan launched out into full-time ministry and started a non-profit parachurch ministry that serves the community of Glenwood, Iowa where he and his family live.
In 2023, Ryan began serving LifeSpring Church as a Pastoral Care Resident where he oversaw support groups, benevolence, hospital visits, and pastoral counseling ministries. In 2024, he was ordained as a pastor and was officially hired on at LifeSpring Church with the title of Care Pastor. In Ryan's off-time, he enjoys hanging out with family and friends, playing and watching sports, and being outdoors—especially hiking or cycling.
